CEU/CLE/CPE attendees can earn between 11-13 hours of credit for full conference attendance (pending final approval by the licensing boards). 

  • Attorney (CLE) –  9.0-10.75 hours available for full conference attendance based on 60 minute or 50 minute states.  
    Credit awarded for partial attendance calculated as applicable.   
  • Accountants (CPE): 10.8 hours available for full conference attendance.  Credit awarded for partial attendance calculated as applicable
  • Agents/Adjusters (CE) – CE available for full day increments at qualified sessions as indicated below.  More hours are given for 90 minutes as follows:

    Monday, May 01: 2 Hours (approvals pending). 
    Tuesday, May 02: 4 Hours (approvals pending)
    Wednesday, May 03: 3 Hours (approvals pending)

*Reciprocity:  Some states offer the opportunity for attorneys licensed in that state to earn CLE credits for activities accredited in other jurisdictions.  Please contact your state bar or licensing authority to verify the requirements and process to apply for reciprocity. Tracking Your Attendance and Obtaining Credit

  1. Session tracking will be administered by scanning in and out of the program. Please note, failure to capture your attendance could impact your available credit hours.
    Note: In addition to CEU providing your licensed certificate, RIMS can also issue confirmation of certificate of attendance. It is imperative that you scan into sessions to capture this information.;
  2. Calculation of credit and posting to transcript can take between 10-30 days’ post conference based upon the licensing board rules.
  3. Certificate of Completion will be issued via email and can take up to 30 days post conference.​

CREDITS FOR RIMS-CRMP RECERTIFICATION

The RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional​​ (RIMS-CRMP)​ is a credential that demonstrates your achievement of risk management competencies, knowledge, and commitment to quality. It represents the standard of education, experience, and ethics that the discipline requires.

 

Participants will earn one (1) credit for each 60-minute session​. Note: 20-minute presentations also qualify; however, you MUST attend three 20-minute pre-recorded presentations to earn one (1) credit.

 

RIMS-CRMP holders do not need to pay to receive an official CE credit report for attending RISKWORLD. Holders who have paid for the official CE report may need this to maintain other credentials. Certification holders will track their own session attendance and submit their credits/points in their recertification portal. 

 

1. Log into the recertification portal

2. Begin entering your points by activity and hours.

3. Upload supporting documentation if you have it. 

4. When all 50 points have been entered, submit your recertification application. 

5. Complete the payment section and your application will be reviewed and approved.
