Eligibility

  • The Organizational Membership Group Package is exclusively available to the Society’s Organizational Professional members. Local Chapter only members or any other membership types are not eligible for this package.
  • The primary registrant must hold a Society organizational membership to purchase the organization pass.
  • All attendees must register using the same email address domain as the organization.
  • The RIMS Organizational Membership must remain active until November 30, 2025.
  • The Organizational Professional Members Group Package is available until November 3, 2025.

Important Instructions

  • Please select the Organizational Professional Members Group Package as your registration type when you register. This registration option is exclusively available to the Society’s Organizational Professional members and will not be displayed for any other membership type or non-members.
  • The organization pass must be fully paid and will undergo a review for approval. Upon approval, the primary registrant will receive a discount code and detailed instructions. The primary registrant is responsible for distributing the discount code, which is required for the group registration.
  • Participants are not required to register at the same time.
  • Please note that the discount code expires on November 16, 2025, and cannot be used onsite.
  • This offer is valid for new registrations only and cannot be combined with any other offers or previously approved registrations.
  • Individuals must be RIMS Organizational Professional Members. For assistance in adding members to your organizational membership, please contact MembershipDept@RIMS.org.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Requests for cancellations/refunds and registration downgrades must be submitted in writing by October 3, 2025, by emailing rims_registration@goeshow.com. All requests are subject to a US $250 administrative fee. Refunds are not given after October 3, 2025, and RIMS will not reimburse you if you do not attend.

Please note: All administrative fees, additional registration items (such as the networking ticket fee[s]), exhibitor staff badge, and onsite registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for payments made by wire transfer will be issued, less USD $250 administrative fee, within 60 days. Refund requests for payments made by credit card will be issued, less USD $250 administrative fee, within 30 business days after confirmation of receiving the request.
