RIMS Mentor Match

Are you a new risk professional who wants to grow in your career? Or are you an experienced risk professional with knowledge and skills you’d like to share? Participate in Mentor Match, an online mentorship program that pairs mentors and mentees who have similar criteria.

How does it work?

1. Visit RIMS Engage to complete your profile. Be sure to add your bio, headshot, contact information, work history, professional interests, and industry.
2. Enroll in Mentor Match. Click the “Enroll as a Mentor” or “Enroll as a Mentee” button and complete the enrollment form.
3. Search for a match. Click the “Find a Mentor” or “Find a Mentee” button to search by topics of interests such as industry, career stage, areas of expertise, or geographic location.
4. Connect with a match. Click the member’s name and review their profile page. If you’d like to pair with them, click the Mentor Match badge to request a connection.

Mentor Match fosters rewarding professional relationships amongst RIMS members. It enables risk professionals at all levels to interact with and learn from each other.
