A business continuity plan (BCP) will minimize the impact of business interruption should a disaster occur further allowing their organization to effectively respond to a crisis. In this workshop, participants will learn how to create a BCP tailored for their organization, techniques for communicating its merits to stakeholders, as well as strategies to monitor the plan’s effectiveness.
