RISKWORLD Mobile App

We're excited that you'll be joining us at RISKWORLD, April 10-13. Here are some helpful reminders to get you ready for the event.

How to Access the Virtual Event

You may access RISKWORLD app two ways:

1. Mobile app: Click here or search for "RIMS LIVE" in the App Store or Google Play. 
2. Web app: Click here to access the event via the web app.

Note: Log in using your RIMS credentials to access the event.

Accessibility

If you require any accessibility adjustments, we recommend that you access the event via the web app. After you log in, click the person icon on the bottom-left and click "Accessibility Adjustments." Then you can adjust your view to the right accessibility profile for you, as well as make content, color, and orientation adjustments. 

Complete Your Attendee Profile

To access your profile in the mobile app, click the "Me" icon at the bottom-right of your screen. To access it via the web app, click the person icon at the bottom-left of your screen then click "Me." You can then click "Edit" and add your photo, summary, and professional social media accounts.

Build Your Schedule

Create your personalized schedule:

1. Click the "Agenda" item towards the top of the navigation menu (or the "Agenda" icon on the mobile app Home screen).
2. Click the corresponding plus button to the right of the sessions you want to attend. (On the mobile app, you will be prompted to set 15-, 30-, or 60-minute reminders for each session.)
3. For web app users, add sessions to your Outlook calendar by clicking the session. On the page that follows, click "Add to Calendar" to the right of the session date.

View your personalized schedule on the "My Agenda" tab at the top-right.

Navigating the Virtual Event

Get around the event by clicking the links or icons on the Home page:

Attendees

Network with your peers by clicking the "Add" or "Contact" button to the right of their name. After an attendee confirms the connection, you will be able to message or have a video meeting with them.

Agenda

Navigate to your sessions from this area. To enter a session, simply click any session title. Take notes for each session by clicking the notepad icon. You can return to the session to retrieve your notes later.

Learn more about our speakers' experience and find their sessions.

Sponsors

Visit our sponsors' virtual booths to learn about their products and services.

Discussion Board

What's on your mind? Share insights you've gained from the sessions and from your own experience or pose questions to the group.

Speaker Presentations

Presentations will be available for download in the app after the event.

App Help

Need help using the app? In the mobile app, swipe left on the Home screen to view more icons and click the "Live Help Desk" icon. On the web app, click "Live Help Desk" at the bottom of the navigation menu.
