BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing, Inc. is the only housing company authorized by RIMS to provide housing services to conference participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent
RIMS. Should you have to receive communication from another company, please forward their contact information to Blanca Ferreris, RIMS Senior Business Events Manager via email bferreris@RIMS.org.

Taxis
Taxis are available at designated areas of the airport; follow signs leading to the transportation plazas and a transportation
coordinator will assist you.

Shuttle Bus Service
Shuttle service will be provided for badged conference attendees between non-walkable RIMS hotels and the Colorado Convention Center.* Schedules and hotel pick-up locations will be made available at official Conference hotels and on-site in the RIMS Information Booth. Parking
The CCC garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking rates are as follows: Up to 8 hours: $12.00; up to 12 hours: $15.00; up to 18 hours: $17.00; and up to 24 hours: $25.00. Click here to learn more about parking options at CCC.
VISA APPLICATION PROCESS
To request a letter of conference participation to RIMS 2020 Annual Conference & Exhibition, you must be registered for the full conference and must be confirmed. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. Please email your request to our Client Services Team at CST@RIMS.org, include the registration badge id number, your full name, institution/company name, and mailing address. Please allow five to seven business days for processing.
RIMS encourages you to start your visa application process as soon as possible. Because of U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face interview for most non-immigrant visa applications.
