Speaking of swag, our Exhibitors will have the option to donate their leftover swag through one of the Pennsylvania Convention Center's reuse and recycling programs.

NEW! The colorful branded banners at RISKWORLD help bring the conference to life! This year, post-conference, we will donate them to local farmers who will transform them into protective tarps for equipment covers, field covers and other farming needs. Instead of ending up in landfills, these durable materials will continue to serve the local agricultural community.

The City of Philadelphia is one of the most accessible and walkable convention cities in the nation, offering convenience and connectivity. We have secured approximately 4,000 hotel rooms within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, eliminating the need for daily shuttle service from these hotels. This initiative not only simplifies your travel but also supports our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.

The City of Philadelphia has established the Office of Sustainability (OOS). It works with partners around the city to improve the quality of life in all of Philadelphia's diverse neighborhoods. They work to advance environmental justice, progress Philadelphia's climate and energy goals and prepare the city for a hotter and wetter future.
