Today’s business environment is evolving more rapidly than ever. As such, we need to explore the tools, best practices, and strategies our risk program needs to address these changes. It's also important that we maintain connections with our colleagues in risk management. 

For this reason, it’s crucial for me to attend RIMS LIVE 2021, a virtual conference taking place April 19-30. Find Solutions—Our vendors [choose from the Marketplace directory https://events.rims.org/annual/2021/exhibitor_list.cfm] will be in the Marketplace. This is where they can show me new offerings and we can discuss our goals for the next year. I can also meet with new providers and find new solutions for our risk strategy.

Learn from my peers—There are many interactive social events for me to meet with and learn from other risk professionals. Given the huge shifts over the past year, the only way to stay current is through these conversations with other practitioners. There are also Industry Days where I can learn specifically about [Aviation, Construction, Food & Beverage, Family Owned, Higher Education, Public Entity, Real Estate and Transportation] industry and speak with other attendees in our industry.

The full price to attend is $1,379 for non-members, and $999 for members. Becoming a member of RIMS provides an additional cost-savings of $380 and will provide me with member benefits throughout the year.
