  • Certificate of Insurance?

    Prior to the upcoming RISKWORLD 2024 Annual Conference & Exhibition, exhibiting companies must procure, pay for and maintain business insurance coverage. The Certificate of Insurance, which may be requested from your company’s insurance provider, must be submitted to Rain Protection Insurance (RISKWORLD’s Official Service Provider) no later than Friday, April 5, 2024.

  • How can I become an Exhibitor?

    Please visit the Exhibit at RISKWORLD section of the RISKWORLD 2024 Official Website and click on RESERVE YOUR BOOTH​ at the bottom of the page to begin reserving a booth for the RISKWORLD 2024.

  • What is the booth cancellation policy?

    Cancellation of or downsizing of any exhibit space must be made in writing. Downsizing may result in a relocation depending upon the location and booth orientation in order to maximize available space. refund schedule will be strictly followed for cancellation of all, or a portion of any exhibit space. When written notification is received:

    For exhibit booths secured prior to September 18, 2023

    • On or before September 18, 2023– Full refund will be made.
    • After September 18, 2023 – NO REFUND regardless of the reason for canceling.
    • Companies who have paid in full and cancel exhibit space after September 18, 2023 will not be provided a credit for exhibit space at RISKWORLD 2025.
    • If an exhibitor selects booth space and cancels after September 18, 2023, the exhibitor will be obligated for payment of their outstanding invoice in full. Exhibitors who have cancelled prior to submitting their payment will be invoiced and held liable for the fee as outlined in the schedule above. In addition, booth space for future shows will not be offered until all outstanding invoices have been paid.

    For exhibit booths secured September 18, 2023 to January 31, 2024

    • Full payment is due within (30) days of sign-up date. You will have (10) business days to cancel without penalty.
    • After the (10) business days – NO REFUND regardless of the reason for canceling.
    • Companies who have paid in full and cancel exhibit space after (10) business days will not be provided a credit for exhibit space at RISKWORLD 2025.
    • If an exhibitor selects booth space and cancels after (10) business days, the exhibitor will be obligated for payment of their outstanding invoice in full. Exhibitors who have cancelled prior to submitting their payment will be invoiced and held liable for the fee and booth space for future shows will not be offered until all outstanding invoices have been paid.

    For exhibit booths secured after January 31, 2024

    • Full payment is due within (10) days of sign-up date. You will have (2) business days to cancel without penalty.
    • After the (10) business days – NO REFUND regardless of the reason for canceling.
    • Companies who have paid in full and cancel exhibit space after (2) business days will not be provided a credit for exhibit space at RISKWORLD 2025.
    • If an exhibitor selects booth space and cancels after (2) business days, the exhibitor will be obligated for payment of their outstanding invoice in full. Exhibitors who have cancelled prior to submitting their payment will be invoiced and held liable for the fee and booth space for future shows will not be offered until all outstanding invoices have been paid.

    RIMS shall not be responsible for shipping charges, construction costs, labor charges or expenses for preparation of exhibits or any other expenses in the event that the Exhibition is postponed or canceled for any reason whatsoever, or in the event that the material fails to arrive.

  • What is the cost to exhibit and what is included?
    • One Complimentary Full Conference (ECOMP) Registration (up to a US $1,957 value!) per 10’ X 10’ booth

    The exhibitor is responsible for providing all booth furnishings, including carpet, tables, chairs, etc. Electricity and other utility connections are not provided with the space but can be ordered. *Deadlines apply.​​

  • Exhibitor Registration

  • Can I bring my family or friends to RISKWORLD 2024 events?

    Access to all events is limited to people 21 years of age or older. ECOMP and Full Conference Attendee may purchase an Opening Reception ticket for US$175 (limit 5 tickets) and a Guest Registration to attend all three events: Opening Reception, General Session and Opening Keynote, Conference Finale and Closing Keynote (limit of 1) for US$350.

  • Can I purchase an additional ECOMP badge?

    Additional ECOMPs are not available for purchase. You must purchase a full conference registration at attendee rates by visiting the registration section of our official RISKWORLD 2024 website.

  • Do I have to pay a fee to modify or substitute my staff badges?

    There are no cancellation or substitution fees for badges before May 5, 2024. Modifications can be made online in the Exhibitor Service Center.

    On May 5th and after, there will be a substitution fee of $100 for booth staff badges. ​

  • How can I change my company name on my registration?

    ECOMPs and Booth Personnel badges must read the exhibiting company name, or an approved exhibiting subsidiary company name. If a different company name is required, the main contact of the exhibiting company must approve and complete a Subsidiary Listing Form and is subject to a US $2,500 fee.

  • How can I purchase an additional booth personnel badge?

    Additional booth staff badges can be purchased simply through the Exhibitor registration process. Please login to the Exhibitor Service Center in the registration portal and click ``Add Booth Personnel''.

    Additional Booth Personnel badges may be purchased at the following rates:

    * Additional US$50 non-refundable service fee per badge will be added for all registration requests by phone, email and fax.

    • By March 17, 2024  – *US $275
    • By May 4, 2024  –*US $325
    • From May 5, 2024  – *US $425
  • How do I modify or substitute my staff badges?

    Badges may be modified online at any time, including onsite throughout the Conference

    To edit/substitute your booth personnel, simply login to the online Exhibitor Service Center .

    Go to the Exhibitor Staff Registration Roster > click the ‘human icon’ next to the name of the individual you wish to register or click on the new individual button on the bottom of the pate to start adding new booth staff.

    To substitute an ECOMP, follow the steps above to access the Exhibitor Staff Registration Roster to delete the original ECOMP name first, then go to the ECOMP Registrations tab to add the new ECOMP as a new registration.

  • How many registration badges does my company have and do I have to register my staff?

    Each exhibiting company is entitled to three booth personnel badges and one (ECOMP) Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration for every 10x10 booth space. Booth Personnel and ECOMP allotments are according to the total size of the booth. Allotments by booth size can be viewed by clicking here.

    I am trying to login to register my booth staff; why can’t I find my company on the company name pull down list?

    To assign your badge allotment, booth space must be paid in full. If you recently made your payment, please allow 5 business days for your payment to be posted. Please contact ExhibitorServices@rims.org if you need any further assistance.

  • What are the exhibitor registration deadlines?
    • Advance Registration Fees - December 6, 2023 – March 17, 2024

  • What is the difference between ECOMP and Booth Personnel badge access?

    ECOMPs are considered full conference registrants and are eligible to attend educational sessions, food functions, keynotes, networking events and access to the exhibit hall. Tickets are not needed to attend any of these events. Badges are required for admittance to all events.

    Booth Personnel badges can access the exhibit hall to staff a booth, attend the Opening Reception, Exhibit Hall Networking Events and the Conference Finale (badge is required).

  • What is my login to manage exhibit badge allotment?

    You have the same password to manage your exhibit booth profile and exhibitor registration, the exhibit main contact can retrieve password by emailing to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org.

  • When will I receive my registration confirmation email?

    ECOMPs will receive two email registration confirmations with QR codes. The first confirmation email will be sent after the initial registration and the second email confirmation, the “Know Before You Go”, will be sent one week before the Conference. However, booth staff will only receive one email confirmation one week before the conference.

  • Where can I find Exhibitor Rules and Regulations?

    The Rules and Regulations can be found in the Exhibitor Service Center, or inside of the Exhibitor Service Manuale Manual..

  • Where can I find or print out my company roster?

    To view or print out your company roster, simply login to the online exhibitor service center, click on registration tab, where you will find the "Click to View Sales Statement".

    The exhibit’s main contact can retrieve their password to the Exhibitor Service Center by emailing a request to ExhibitorServices@RIMS.org.

  • When will I receive the pre-conference attendee mailing List?

    Exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary one-time use of the pre-conference attendee mail list to promote their presence at RISKWORLD 2024. The first list will be available on Monday, March 4, 2024 and the second list will be available on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. The list will contain mailing address only; no phone, fax or email. RIMS does not release email addresses. An email notification will be sent to the exhibiting main contact when the list is available with instructions on how to access the list.

  • Where can I download the conference logo for my marketing purposes?
  • Where can I find shipping labels and freight information?

  • Where can I find the Exhibitor Service Manual and official vendor forms?

    Please visit the Exhibitor Resources tab of the Exhibitor Service Center where you can download the PDF file of the service manuals, and a list of RISKWORLD 2024 Official Service Providers and order forms.

  • When do I need my badge?

    Only individuals registered and badged may access the San Diego Convention Center. Attendees must have the appropriate badge to attend education sessions, breakfasts, and luncheons and to enter the Marketplace Exhibit Hall.

    Individuals must be 21 years of age and older in order to participate in the Annual Conference & Exhibition and attend all related events.

    Anyone found to be counterfeiting, copying or sharing conference name badges, or using a guest badge when s/he is not eligible for a guest badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the conference and revocation of RIMS membership. Attendees must also be registered and have a badge to access hospitality meeting rooms.

  • Where can I pick up my registration badge if I pre-registered?

    All badges (except Speakers) are printed onsite at the Pre-Registered Check-In counter located in Lobby D of the San Diego Convention Center. Government issued photo-id is required to pick-up your registration credential.

    Registration is located in Lobby D of the San Diego Convention Center. Photo identification (and full payment) will be required to retrieve your badge.
