RIMS-CRMP RECERTIFICATION RISKWORLD

RIMS-CRMP holders do not need to pay for an official CE credit report for attending RISKWORLD to claim points toward RIMS-CRMP recertification. All sessions are accepted toward recertification.

RIMS-CRMP holders attending RISKWORLD will earn one (1) point for each 60-minute session attended​. Speakers will earn three (3) points for each 60-minute session delivered.  Holders are permitted to claim one (1) point for three 20-minute sessions attended.

 

  • Certification holders are required to keep track of the sessions attended.
  • The CE points earned need to be entered into the recertification portal. 
  • You will need to scan in/out of sessions.
  • Verification of attendance documents include RISKWORLD registration confirmation and certificate of sessions.
  • At the end of RISKWORLD, you may login to the attendee service center www.RIMS.org/ASC to retrieve a certificate of sessions.

SUBMITTING YOUR POINTS AND DOCUMENTATION

The RIMS-CRMP certification is valid for two years. 50 continuing education points must be earned within the two-year cycle. 35 of the 50 points must be in the professional development category. Points are not retroactive. Here’s how to submit your points:

  1. Log into the recertification portal. 
  2. Begin entering your points by activity and hours.
  3. Upload supporting documentation if you have it. 
  4. When all 50 points have been entered, submit your recertification application. 
  5. Complete the payment section and your application will be reviewed and approved. RIMS-Member $150 Non-member $200
