New Registration Website Allows Visitors to Better Access Conference Information On-the-Go
NEW YORK (December 4, 2012) — RIMS has announced that registration is now open for RIMS 2013 Annual Conference & Exhibition. Risk management practitioners, insurance professionals and other industry service providers can now view details about this year’s conference and register for the event via a newly designed website that is optimized for mobile devices. RIMS ’13 is scheduled for April 21st – 24th in Los Angeles at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
This year’s website -- www.RIMS.org/RIMS13 -- features the latest conference news, program highlights, sponsorship and networking opportunities, exhibitor information, a listing of educational sessions, keynote speakers, as well as important information about accommodations and local attractions in Los Angeles.

NEW IN 2013
RIMS Annual Conference & Exhibition is widely considered the premier risk and insurance industry event and has received accolades for offering thought-provoking educational sessions and invaluable networking opportunities. To continue to provide attendees with a superior experience, RIMS conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Society’s 2012 conference and has announced the following enhancements to the 2013 agenda:
NEW EXHIBIT HALL EVENTS – RIMS has added new events in the Exhibit Hall including two luncheons, a Re-Vibe energy break and RIMS Vine Vibe networking event, as well as more exclusive Exhibit Hall hours.
THOUGHT LEADER THEATER – This year’s Exhibit Hall will also feature 26, 25-minute educational workshops not offered in the regular conference agenda.
POWER HOURS – To maximize our attendees’ time at the conference, RIMS ’13 will now feature a series of 60-minute sessions on Tuesday morning.
CONFERENCE FINALE – This year’s Wednesday celebrity performance will officially mark the close of the conference.
HOUSING UPDATE – To ensure conference-goers have priority access to hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, this year’s attendees must be registered for the conference prior to reserving hotel space.
