Take the Pandemic Risk Insurance Act Informational Survey

Due to the unprecedented events over the last few months as a result of the onset of COVID-19, our profession is working through unchartered times—managing a global pandemic. Unlike 9/11 before, and the economic crisis in 2008, we are faced with a severe shock to our global economy which impacts all of our companies. Due to this pandemic, business interruption, workers’ compensation, and other insurance-related uncertainties for coverage are escalating.

RIMS External Affairs Committee, congressional leaders, and some of our industry's leading insurance and brokerage firms have been working together to understand the needs and intricacies of a federal backstop for pandemic events. We cannot do this without you, however. To successfully champion our community's greatest issues and to advocate on your behalf, RIMS needs your input.
