Roland Teo
Roland is a risk management practitioner with more than 20 years in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Credit Management (CM) design, development and implementation across multiple industries and in the region.
Currently, he is leading ERM in a healthcare institution, an adjunct trainer and keynote speaker at universities, professional associations and local/regional risk management events.
In his previous full-time role, he headed the Enterprise Risk Management Department in one of the largest Indonesian paper & pulp groups operating one of the world’s largest integrated paper & pulp mill.
For many years Roland has been a volunteer, instrumental in shaping the landscape for the risk management professionals in Singapore and the region. He helped formed, established and supported global, regional & local risk management professional and standard bodies.
One of his key achievements includes leading the launch of the Singapore government’s National Business Continuity Management Programme in 2008 as Director of the Singapore Business Federation (Singapore apex business chamber).
