As Federal government agencies face greater scrutiny, it has become increasingly important for them to embrace stronger Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) capabilities to more effectively inform decisions and improve outcomes.
The RIMS-CRMP-FED is a credential that was developed in cooperation with the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) and distinguishes the achievement of validated risk management competencies for an effective risk management professional in the federal government environment. Individuals who earn the RIMS-CRMP-FED have demonstrated their knowledge and competency in the area of risk management in the United States Federal Government and are dedicated to upholding the same high standards of ethical and professional conduct that apply to the core RIMS-CRMP credential.
The RIMS-CRMP-FED credential provides U.S. Federal Government employees, executives, and other risk professionals with a validating resource to demonstrate their knowledge and competency in the area of risk management.
Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Government and Public Services (GPS) ERM Practice Leader, Cynthia Vitters, will join RIMS to share the value and advantages of RIMS-CRMP-FED. Additionally, the panel discussion will review the key areas of federal government risk management covered by the RIMS-CRMP-FED exam.
