Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Connections Housing is the official housing bureau for the RIMS ERM Conference 2025 hosted at the Sheraton Grand Seattle.

You must register for the RIMS ERM Conference 2025 before reserving your hotel room within the RIMS block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. Limited to one room per registrant.

Once you have completed your registration, you will have access to the hotel link to make your reservation. Through that website, you can book, modify, or cancel your hotel reservations at any time and receive updated information about the event. We look forward to seeing you!

These rooms are available at a reduced rate on a first-come, first-served basis until the block sells out, or until October 10, 2025.

Do not be a no-show! If you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and may not reinstate your reservation, even if you arrive the next day. You will be charged the penalty of the cost of one night's room and tax, regardless of whether or not the hotel reinstates your reservation.

The hotel cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Please retain the cancellation number provided to you by Connections Housing or the hotel, as proof of cancellation will be required to dispute any credit card charges.

If you cancel or reduce your reservation less than 72 hours prior to arrival, hotel cancellation and early departure fees will apply.

A reservation will only be considered canceled with a cancellation number from Connections Housing or the hotel. Please do not contact RIMS offices for hotel reservations or cancellations.
