Tech Author Beth Z, Your Nerdy Best Friend, will give us an overview of the what, how, when and why of artificial intelligence. And then she'll lead everyone in important conversations to discuss the impact of these tools on how we do business.

RIMS is providing free hotel accommodations for two nights at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa.

If you would like to extend your reservation, the cost to you will be $239.00 subject to local taxes, currently 16.75%, plus 1.25% TPID fee, per room, per night. This rate is available until the cut-off date and thereafter upon availability.

RIMS will make your reservation directly with the hotel, and you will receive your confirmation in January, prior to the event.

Leadership Forum attendees will be responsible for booking their own travel to and from San Antonio using the airline of their choice. Per RIMS volunteer travel policy, Economy travel at the lowest available cost should be used at all times. RIMS permits individuals to retain frequent flyer awards, so upgrades may be accomplished via those means. Significant savings are often available by ticketing well in advance, so attendees are encouraged to book airfare as soon as travel dates are confirmed.

RIMS will cover incidental expenses onsite and transportation to and from the hotel. All attendees will be given access to Concur through which they can log expenses and submit for approval after the Leadership Forum. All expense reports will be due no later than Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Event expenses will be reimbursed post-event. Please submit your expense report for reimbursement by Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
