RIMS Legislative Summit October 25–26, 2023
Join us in Washington, DC, for two days of congressional meetings, networking, and advocating on behalf of the risk management community.
At RISKWORLD, RIMS RISKPAC leaders held a fundraising event to honor Patrick Sterling, the 2022 RIMS President and Vice President of Legendary People at Texas Roadhouse. In attendance were prominent leaders from risk community including RIMS Global Board Directors, members from RIMS Public Policy Committee, chapter leaders, committee and council volunteers and others whose generosity continues to empower the RISKPAC’s ability to heighten awareness about RIMS legislative priorities.
Over the last 10+ years, RIMS members have contributed to RISKPAC to support political candidates who understand and appreciate risk professionals’ concerns. Over the past two years, RISKPAC supported 11 Members of Congress. By establishing close relationships with policymakers who share RIMS policy views, RISKPAC has helped the RIMS Public Policy Committee advance the Society’s legislative priorities.
The RISKPAC encourages all U.S. RIMS members to get involved.
